外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，內部臺面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚的觀察壓片的狀態，并且能全部打開，易于內部清洗和保養。采用變頻調速裝置進行電氣調速，操作方便，移動平穩，安全準確。所有的轉動裝置均布置在機器內部，保持機件清潔。液壓系統設計合理，能保證液壓系統的穩定。配有過載保護裝置，當壓力過載時，能自動停機。本機配有電磁制動電動機和其它安全保護裝置，運行時也能調整與操作。沖?？膳cZP19.ZP33.ZP35B壓片機通用。
