麥冬甾體皂苷的植物化學研究進展-曼思特研發部

本司研發部對麥冬中甾體皂苷進行了系統的分離和結構解析研究,從中分離得到17個甾體皂苷,包括5個新麥冬甾體皂苷,分別命名為Ophiojaponins A-E, 12個已知甾體皂苷分別為26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-diol-25(R)-furost-5,20(22)-dien 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Pallidiflosides A, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -2)-4-O-sulfo-β-D-fucopyranosido-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopogonin C, Ophiopogonin D, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-4-O-sulfo-β-Dfucopyranoside, ophiopogonin D′, (25R)-spirost-5-ene-3β,14α,17α-triol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopojaponin C, 14-hydroxydiosgenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranoside和Pennogenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranoside。相關研究結果發表在天然產物quan威雜志Phytochemistry上
