5月，奧星自動化部門售后服務小組成功簽約膠塞清洗設備改造項目。

       為保證客戶盡快恢復生產，在無備用設備可替代的情況下，奧星專業自動化售后服務團隊加班加點，晝夜奮戰，僅用三天時間即成功完成設備改造。解決了設備批記錄固化問題，滿足報表要求，改造后批記錄格式及內容與原報表保持一致；更新控制系統升級為西門子PLC和施耐德觸摸屏，滿足控制工藝需求；優化控制操作界面，改善操作界面友好交互性差等問題。

       改造前客戶設備使用時間長達十年，運行中存在閥門開關異常、清洗膠塞效果不佳及操作界面不便等問題，設備改造后順利通過客戶驗收并獲得好評！

AUSTAR Maintenance Service System Was Upgraded Successfully

       In May, AUSTAR signed the first contract of maintenance service for system upgrading.

       In order to resume production, in the case of no backup equipment, AUSTAR professional automatic after-sales team worked overtime to complete the project. The problem of batch record was solved, the format and content of batch record after modification were consistent with the original report. The control system was upgraded to Siemens PLC and Schneider touch screen to meet the control process requirements. Meanwhile, the control operation interface was optimized and became more convenience. 

       The equipment has been used for ten years before improvement, and several problems appeared during the work. After service, the equipment passed acceptance test successfully and won high praise!
