交聯劑是一種受熱能放出游離基來活化高分子鏈，使它們發生化學反應而相互交聯起來的一種助劑。交聯劑主要用在高分子材料（橡膠與熱固性樹脂）中。
交聯劑的使用方法
一、環氧樹脂可以通過基于酸類、胺類、氨基樹脂、異氰酸酯、酚醛樹脂等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
二、氨基樹脂可以通過基于異氰酸酯、羧酸或酐類、環氧樹脂、酚醛樹脂等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
三、酚醛樹脂可以通過基于酸類、環氧樹脂和異氰酸酯等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
四、醇酸樹脂可以通過基于酸類、胺類、氨基樹脂、異氰酸酯、酚醛樹脂、過氧化物、光引發劑等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
五、丙烯酸樹脂可以通過基于胺類、氨基樹脂、環氧樹脂、異腈酸酯、酚醛樹脂、自由基等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
六、聚乙烯可以通過基于過氧化物、硅烷醇、電子束等進行交聯；
七、常規彈性體可以通過基于硫磺、過氧化物、異腈酸酯等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯；
八、特殊彈性體可以通過基于金屬氧化物、硅烷醇、樹脂、胺類等，進行冷&熱固化體系交聯。
