    本設備采用離心式滑動溝槽轉子，是目前國外最新結構蒸發器，在流量很小的情況下也能形成薄膜，在筒體蒸發段內壁表面附著處理液中的淤積物可被活動刮板迅速移去，和固定間隙的刮板蒸發器相比，蒸發量可提高40%-69%，它具有下列性能與特點：

l 傳熱系數值高，蒸發能力大，蒸發強度可達到200kg/m2hr，熱效率高。

l 物料加熱時間短，約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作對熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成分不產生任何分解，保證產品質量。

l 適應粘度變化范圍廣，高低粘度物均可以處理，物料粘度可高達10萬厘泊(CP)。

l 改變刮板溝槽旋轉方向，可以調節物料在蒸發器的打理時間。

l 蒸發段筒內壁經過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產生結焦、結垢。

l 操作方便，產品指標調節容易，在密閉條件下，可以自控進行連續性生產。

l 設備占地面積小，結構簡單，維修方便，清洗容易。

l It is suitable for a wide range of viscosity changes. Both high and low viscosity materials can be processed, and the material viscosity can be as high as 100000 centipoise (CP).

l Changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove can adjust the handling time of the material in the evaporator.

應用領域Application Area：

   在熱交換工程中，刮板式薄膜蒸發器得到廣泛的應用。尤其對熱敏性物料（時間短暫）的熱交換，刮板薄膜蒸發器有利于熱交換的進行，并通過不同的刮膜器設計，能進行復雜產品的蒸餾。
