進口化工軸流泵概述

化工軸流泵參照升力線理論，吸取螺旋槳設計的經驗，發(fā)展了沿徑向變環(huán)量分布的軸流泵設計方法，并進行了廠內的模型試驗，與同類相比，重量輕，體積小，剛性好，效率高等特點。
主要應用于大流量、低揚程的場合，特別適用于制鹽、制堿的強制循環(huán)系統之中。

進口化工軸流泵結構特點
     1、轉速低，一般轉速在980r/min以內，符合結晶工藝要求運行平穩(wěn). 
     2、水力性能優(yōu)異，效率 〉70%高效區(qū)寬，抗汽蝕性能好. 
     3、考慮泵介質流動方向為垂直向下進，水平方向出。水流作用力對泵軸的巨大影響，在泵**增設了泵軸外套保護裝置。使介質的俯沖作用力轉移到泵體上，從而保證了泵的運行穩(wěn)定，大大減輕了介質對機械密封作用力的影響，延長了機器封使用壽命。該結構的改進在國內同類產品中邁出了較大的一步。另外泵體采用整體式鑄造剛性好，中間支承結構聯結穩(wěn)定. 
     4、 軸承箱部位為方型長跨距重型結構，穩(wěn)定性好，承載能力強，運行可靠，與國內同類產品相比安裝方便精確（原國內軸承箱為分體式）。前后兩端分別采用徑向短圓柱軸承和重型成對軸承。其軸承均采用INA（SKF）或優(yōu)質軸承. 
     5、 封軸*，采用副葉輪動力密封和博格曼快裝式雙端面機械密封組合，外接冷卻沖洗水，改善軸封工作條件，機封壽命長。軸套外圓加大，與國內同類產品相比壁厚加厚變形小.

    密封腔處的徑向振擺小于0.05mm，保證了密封的可靠性和耐久性，延長了維修周期。可安裝填料密封和單端或雙端機械密封，并可安裝動力密封以供特殊場合使用。
