◆ 設備簡介     

1、容積：50L、100L、200L、300L、400L、500L、600L、800L、1000L。

2、結構形式：分可傾式、立式結構，按工藝需要采用帶攪拌與不帶攪拌。

3、鍋體材質：①內鍋體不銹鋼(SUS304)，夾套、支架碳鋼(Q235—B)外涂防銹漆；②內外全不銹鋼。

4、帶攪拌裝置鍋體：頂部中心攪拌，減速機輸出軸與攪拌槳軸采用活套連接，方便拆裝與清洗。

5、攪拌轉速：36r/min（可以根據客戶要求來選定一定的轉速）；攪拌槳形式：普通攪拌（錨式）和刮底攪拌。

6、支腳形式：①立式鍋體：三棱錐形式、圓管式；②可傾式鍋體：槽形支架式。

7、設備配置：表盤指針式溫度計、蒸汽進口、出料口等(立式結構)。

8、可傾式蒸煮鍋體可傾轉90°，傾轉方式為手動式翻轉。

注：夾套工作壓力、電機功率、加熱功率、攪拌漿結構等可根據客戶特殊要求定做。
